One of the most important parts of our day is when we go to sleep at night. This may sound funny or silly, but rest is essential for the body to recover and heal from everything that happens to our body throughout the day. Sleep is important for concentration, brain function, productivity, immune health, enhances athletic and physical performance, affects our emotions and then corresponding social interactions.

We want to make sure that our spine is supported and that our posture is ideal since we can easily stay in the same position for the whole night (or we can toss and turn from one position to the next, which is also very common and can be a sign that your body is not in a good position while sleeping).
